Providing Open and Equal Access

Springfield Connections

THIS PROGRAM HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

This wonderful organization is a Mental Health and Wellness group that gathers weekly, designed for anyone living with a mood disorder, or may be dealing with anxiety, struggling with stress in their lives and is looking for a welcoming, supportive and non-judgemental environment.

Springfield Connections is an initiative of, and proudly supported by, the  Andrew Dunn Foundation.

This welcoming group offers games and crafts, enjoys outings, celebrates occasions and has monthly potluck luncheons together and always include lots of laughs to brighten the day!

Connections offers mental health support, information and resources, and tries to offer recovery-based workshops and physical health programming. We welcome all supporting family members and friends to the programs, as well.

This wellness group meets at the library on Wednesdays from 12 – 3 pm and tries to include frequent outings as well, especially throughout the summer months.

So if you are interested in attending any of the groups, please email Judy at jd4mdam@gmail.com for more information.
